The Clark County Water Reclamation District (CCWRD) Board of Trustees has approved an agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group to provide design and engineering services for filtration upgrades at the Flamingo Water Resource Center (FWRC). During the January 20, 2026, joint meeting of the Clark County Board of Commissioners and the CCWRD Board of Trustees, the Board voted to approve the consent agenda, which included the authorization for the General Manager to sign the contract. The motion to approve the consent agenda, comprising items 8 through 32, carried without specific discussion on the wastewater item. The agreement covers Project No. 24001, specifically titled "FWRC Dual Media Filters Valves and Media Replacement."
