The new chassis will be utilized directly by the Sewer Maintenance and Flood Control Division. The acquisition is being financed entirely through the city's Sewer Revenue Fund as part of the 2026 expenditure budget. The approval of the equipment purchase, coupled with the pending fee updates, highlights the city's ongoing administrative focus on maintaining and adequately funding its critical sewer and flood control infrastructure.
