Alongside this funding mechanism, the council held a public hearing and advanced a resolution to establish the FY27 Storm Sewer System Fee Rates, ensuring continued revenue for local stormwater management. In addition to the financial resolutions, the council's consent agenda included several major infrastructure procurements. Staff recommended awarding the 2026 Water Main Replacement contract to COP Construction, LLC. For wastewater operations, a contract for headworks screen replacements at the Water Reclamation Facility was recommended for award to Saveco North America, Inc. The city is also advancing its stormwater maintenance efforts, with staff recommending Pace Infrastructure Systems Specialists for a closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection contract for the city's storm drain system.
