The council introduced Resolution 42, authorizing the mayor to execute an Acceptance of Act of Donation with Ardenwood Partners, LP. The agreement, facilitated through managing member David Strange, transfers ownership of newly constructed water and sewer main extensions and related facilities to the City of Shreveport to serve the Ardenwood Subdivision. Both water infrastructure items were introduced as part of the council's regular legislative process, positioning the city to secure essential treatment plant transmission capacity while absorbing newly built residential utility assets into the municipal system.
