The Zenith well project is supported by the State Revolving Fund, including $700,000 in principal forgiveness.

The council approved $91,666 for easements to facilitate the installation of 12,400 linear feet of 24-inch water main along Highway 75.

Plans were adopted for the 13th Street Storm Sewer Improvements Project, with an estimated construction cost of $245,865.

The scope includes design, bidding, and construction administration for two new vertical water supply wells and the abandonment of Well No. 1 and Well No. 9. The new wells are designed to produce between 1,200 and 1,600 gallons per minute, utilizing the Dakota Sandstone Aquifer. The project is funded through the State Revolving Fund (SRF), which includes $700,000 in principal forgiveness. In related distribution work, the council approved the acquisition of permanent and temporary easements for $91,666.38 to facilitate the Highway 75 Water Main Upsize Project, which involves installing 12,400 linear feet of 24-inch water main. Additionally, the council adopted plans and specifications for the 13th Street Storm Sewer Improvements Project. Estimated at $245,865, the project will add water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure to support the Midtown Terrace Project, with bids expected by the end of June 2026.
