The board authorized State Revolving Fund (SRF) disbursement request forms 10 through 22 for contractor payments.

More than $1.1 million in combined claims for the Water, Water Pollution Control, and Stormwater departments were approved.

The Board of Public Works in Anderson, Indiana, approved incremental project updates during its August 11, 2026, meeting, advancing ongoing water treatment and infrastructure initiatives. The board unanimously approved Change Order No. 4 for the Lafayette Treatment Plant expansion project. Presented by Superintendent McKee, the $25,249.03 change order covers additional paving required for a water fill station serving bulk water users. McKee confirmed to the board that the project maintains sufficient contingency funds to cover the additional cost. In a separate action, the board authorized a batch of State Revolving Fund (SRF) water infrastructure disbursement requests presented by the controller's office. The approved forms, numbered 10 through 22, will be submitted to the SRF to facilitate payment to contractors working on the city's broader water infrastructure improvement project. Additionally, the board cleared routine operational claims across its water-related divisions, approving $572,496.41 for the Water Department, $533,679.93 for Water Pollution Control, and $37,927.20 for Stormwater operations.
