The council authorized a change order increasing the purchase order with Razorback LLC for additional rehabilitation services associated with the RO1 Dual Media Filter Rehabilitation project. The $271,800 increase brings the total project amount to $1,325,930. In a separate consent agenda item, the council approved a work order for Tampa-based Mead and Hunt, Inc. The firm will provide design and construction engineering services for the RO1 Acid Storage and Feed System project. The contract is valued at $482,028 and was awarded pursuant to a prior Request for Qualifications for Engineer of Record consulting services. Alongside the physical plant upgrades, the council also approved technology investments to support operational management, including an $11,310 initial-year contract with Trihedral Inc. for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system software licenses and a $270,214 purchase order with Trimble, Inc. for computerized maintenance and management system (CMMS) software.
