The selected firms are Abacus Service Corporation, Diskriter Inc., Johnson Service Group Inc., PSP Group Inc., Tryfacta Inc., and 22nd Century Technologies Inc. The temporary services agreements feature up to four annual renewal options, with the total combined expenditure strictly capped at a not-to-exceed amount of $4.5 million per year. The action was determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The authorization was passed without debate as part of the committee's consent calendar, following a motion by Vice Chair Sutley and a second by Director Faessel.
